We wanted a spot that felt like home on game day. Big screens, loud cheers, good people, and a kitchen that cooks the way our family always has.
The Legend
Grandpa's Recipe. Nicky's Italian Beef.
It all goes back to Pops. He spent decades perfecting his Italian beef: slow-roasted, shaved thin and soaked in seasoned au jus and we busted it out of hibernation, just for you.
Today that 50-year-old family recipe lives on as Nicky's Homemade Italian Beef, cooked the true Chicago way and found only at CSPH.

The CSPH Bear
Big, loud and always ready for kickoff, SLAY is the heart of the Pour House crew. He’s tough. He’s loyal. He’s no nonsense, but also has a soft spot for our kiddie customers. He loves cold beer, great food, game days, and good company. More than anything, he represents the people who make CSPH what it is—our customers, our staff, and our community.
You'll spot him raising a pint for every touchdown and guarding the beef like it's the end zone. Come say hi on game day.
